Texcel Tools & Services Private Limited, an ISO 9001 – 2008 certified company, is a professional Cutting Tool and Tooling manufacturing company, specializing in standard and special Solid Carbide and Lugged Multipoint Cutting Tools, Tool Holders, Dies and Jigs & Fixtures.

SOLID CARBIDE TOOLS

The solid carbide tools & lugged tools are manufactured in highly specialized 5-Axes CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding machines from Saacke & Kennametal using the world’s best Micro fine and Ultra Micro fine grain Tungsten Carbide Rods.

We also offer regrinding services for standard and special carbide tools of all makes. Through our highly qualified marketing, application and design teams we offer complete tooling proposals, innovative solutions for difficult machining problems and cost per component savings through cycle time reduction and tool life enhancement.

Our tools are extensively used by leading companies in their CNC Turning Centres, VMCs/HMCs and Special Purpose Machines for machining a wide range of components in Aluminium, Cast Iron, SG Iron, Alloy Steel, Hardened Steel up to 65 HRC, Stainless Steel, Heat Resistant Steel and other exotic materials.

We are a 24 X 7 company working throughout the year. Apart from supplying High Quality & Innovative Solid Carbide Tools at competitive rates with short delivery periods, we are also able to meet the emergency requirement of our customers within 12 hours for any new tool.

TEXCEL TEAM

The management team is headed by C.Ramamoorthy, CEO, a graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 38 years experience in the field of cutting tools and toolings mainly at WIDIA India Ltd and MICO Ltd. (now BOSCH India Ltd). His two sons R.Arvind and R.Vishnuvardhan both graduate Mechanical Engineers are playing an active role in managing the company. With a team of 60 highly skilled and motivated employees committed to quality and innovation, Texcel Tools & Services is continuously endeavouring to further enhance the service levels to their customers.
